摘要

It is an economic and effective method to produce hot rolled and cold rolled high strength steel by through Ti-microalloyed technology.Research results of Ti-microalloyed high strength steel are concluded.Not only several hundreds nanometers TiN,but also large number of nanometer TiC particles,exist in high strength steel.The precipitation hardening effect resulted from the interaction between TiC particles and dislocations is about 158MPa.Higher recrystallization temperature of cold rolled Ti-microalloyed steel band can be attributed to the pinning force of nanometer particles on dislocations.It can be predicted that high strength heavy and medium plate can be obtained by through Ti-microalloying technology.
