摘要

The industrial technology of oxide metallurgy has been developed by Baosteel.With delicate control of the vital elements in steel,deoxidation and continuous casting process,the desired micro-meter inclusions and the nano-meter precipitates in the steel plate can be effectively controlled.In the heat affected zone of the steel plate after high-heat input,the formation of coarse grain zone can be effectively inhibited,and the growth of intragranular ferrite can be greatly promoted.After two-electrode Vibratory ElectroGas Arc welding(VEGA) with the V-type groove and the high-heat input of 400 kJ/cm in single pass,excellent heat affected zone toughness can be obtained for the steel plates with the thickness up to 68 mm.
