摘要

For an air-mist cooling device in a heavy plate plant,a set of air-mist cooling online control model has been developed and applied to the plant.With the analysis of the cooling process and the investigation of the boundary conditions,the cooling model has been built.Two set-up patterns have been provided in the model,one is to calculate the oscillation cooling time based on the fixed water flux; the other is to calculate the water flux based on the fixed oscillation cooling time.For the aim of online controlling,the air-mist model is composed of three function modules,i.e.,preset,reset and self-study module.This model has been applied to a heavy plate plant,the results show that the need of online controlling is satisfied,and the cooling rate and the temperature precision expected is reached.
