摘要

To determine the wear mechanisms of bottom-blowing multiple nozzles in converters, several tuyeres were analyzed after use. This inspection showed that cracking occurs in the longer direction of the tuyere, with spalling being a key factor. It was also observed that on changing the tuyere forming method, the type and number of cracks was different, and it was determined that CIP-formed tuyeres had less cracking and offered longer service life.
