The revision to the Process for Maintaining Accreditation of Training in the Nuclear Power Industry, ACAD 02-002, resulted in significant changes to accreditation self-evaluation reports (ASER) developed starting in 2016. The new guidance [1, 2] focuses on implementation, not training process - "how you know the objective is met". This paper documents the methodology, results, and lessons learned from the development of two evidence-based ASERs in 2016.
