Feedback has been very positive from the participants as well as from the OPG supervisors and mentors to whom the new employees report. Orientation and various other training courses are given in-house, and such training in parallel with the postgraduate education is seen as a cost-effective way to bring the new employees to the desired level of performance sooner than if such programs operated independently.
