Hundreds of nuclear leaders attend leadership training each year - how are you monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of this investment? Consider who you now enroll in INPO and other, internal and external, leadership training - do you maximize your return on investment when they return to work? INPO facilitates leadership seminars for nuclear industry leaders from the first-level to senior managers. These seminars leverage several approaches to monitor and measure, and ultimately improve, the effectiveness of classroom leadership training. A strengths-based approach to leadership development, the use of data-based assessments, and management observations to track implementation of student's development plans are some of the tools currently used, with opportunities to expand. Ultimately, every graduate of INPO's curriculum must return to their organizations with actionable plans that produce measurable and observable results.
