This panel-style session will include personal stories from a variety of perspectives and provide an opportunity to hear from some of the most influential people in the Association of State Dam Safety Officials (ASDSO) about their careers and involvement in the association. The panel will discuss current ASDSO initiatives and considerations for the organization it believes will be necessary in the future. Panel members will share key lessons learned from their years of experience and the vision they have for the organization moving forward. Those attending will better understand how ASDSO operates and the different ways in which members can become involved in contributing to its success. The open forum will be perfect for anyone who wants to learn how to get involved in the organization and how ASDSO can help further their career.
