摘要

Using 160 samples, this study explores relations among firm-internal social capital, organizational culture and knowledge integration through structural equation modeling. It is proved that: Firm-internal social capital has a direct positive impact on knowledge integration; organizational culture has a direct positive impact on knowledge integration; firm-internal social capital is distinctly related with organizational culture.
