In this paper, we analyzed the effect of the LC divergent oscillation circuit on the superconducting DC circuit breaker according to LC. As a result of analyzing the operating characteristics of the superconducting DC circuit breaker according to the application of the LC divergent oscillation circuit using the PSCAD / EMTDC program, the characteristics of the initial fault current limit rate of the superconducting fault current limiter were confirmed. Also, the LC divergent oscillation circuit is affected by the arc generated at the mechanical DC breaking contact and the DC arc through the LC divergent oscillation circuit design we confirmed the possibility to control.
