According to the basic requirements of “Education And Training Plan of Excellent Engineer”, this paper, which use the advanced engineering education concept and training mode in developed countries for reference and combine with the actual situation of IT professional education in our country, is about overall improvement of the IT college students' innovative consciousness and practical ability by establishing the in-class innovative practical platform and outside-class technological innovative practical platform.
