摘要

This study explore a new approach that can be employed to cluster customers before executing fleet routing in logistical operations.The method is developed on fuzzy clustering based approach, and involves three sequential mechanisms including binary transformation, generation of a fuzzy correlation matrix, and customer clustering. A case study was conducted to demonstrate the potential advantages of the fuzzy clustering based method. It is expected that the research can stimulate more study on logistical management.
