Although financial performance measures provide an excellent review of what has happened in the past, they are inadequate in addressing the real value-creating mechanisms in today's organizations.As a proven tool in meeting the many challenges faced by the modern organization, Balanced Scorecard (BSC) considers organizational performance from four different perspectives and allows an organization to translate its vision and strategy. This article will introduce new missing perspectives in BSC, and develop a new model for improving strategy, maximizing profit, and making strategic organizational decisions. The model has been successfully implemented in Pars Khazar Industrial Company.
