This paper describes the innovative ideas Statoil as operator together with their main service and drilling contractors have worked on in order to establish a needed improved HSE culture. This included how to improve communication, best practices, common HSE day, goals and interests. The paper is summarized with how this contributed to the “they – us” to “we” HSE cultural change.
