In this paper, China housing provident system was studied and analyzed based on the theory of System Dynamics. With help of computer, an effective system dynamic model was introduced to simulate the real operation of housing provident system. The decision maker could forecast and play more active role in the development of the system. This model also functioned well as a lab of housing provident strategy and decision.
