Considering kernel density estimation's un-integral calculation problem, this paper constructs a bipartite recursive algorithm method to measure the population proportion of special group. Considering income-standard variation for special group, this paper gives the influencing factor dynamic decomposition method. At last,the methods built in this paper are applied in empirical analysis of poverty group in rural China and the results approved the validity of methods.
