Based on similarity law on impeller of centrifugal pumps, the conditions which assure the performance of conversion and speed governing pumps working in high efficiency zone are analyzed. Both the energy saving conditions of frequency controlled water supplying and the matter of attention in selecting the complete performance parameter of speed governing are proposed.
