摘要

Cloud computing provides ubiquitous access to data with number of other services that are booming the IoT-based telemedicine practices all over the world. However, practical adoption of telemedicine in cloud can be greatly impeded if security issues are not adequately addressed. In this paper, the benefits of cloud computing in telemedicine have been presented. The possible attacks that can be executed on cloud have been explained along with the scenario and motive of the attacker behind that attack. To tackle the attacks, the Intrusion Detection System (IDS) is quite a good solution in cyber industry. So, to build a suitable IDS, an analysis of chief tree classifier algorithms namely RandomForest, J48 and RandomTree has been done on the basis of time complexity, accuracy and other stratified validations. The experimental results have been shown with the help of graphs.
