In this article, considering with the characteristic and technologies of large concrete pipe intellectualized manipulator, the locating system based on photoelectricity technology and wireless radio frequency are discussed. In Researching the Movement and locating principles of the manipulator, design the data collection and data transmission module wireless, communication module and other system hardware and improve the system software and hardware by analyzing sampling data and transmitting data using intelligent zed test module. The system software is developed. The system hardware circuit method is also presented. The veracity of data collection and data transmission is improved by combining the software and hardware. It is proved experimentally that the system communications and control process work stably, reliably, and the system has good character index, which proves that the presented project is effective.
