摘要

In order to enhance the versatility, interchangeability and design flexibility, of engineering machinery, the design method of components versatility based on modular theory is proposed. Based on the consumer need analysis and machinery function decomposition, the system is basically; divided with the method based on information flow, and then the final module partition is conducted by means of correlation degree analysis according to modularity theory. Thes tructure of existing product components, of structure module mapped from function module is analyzed, and the universalization project is designed for the universalizable structure module. The method is applied to designing the self-propelled transmission system of typical wheel bulldozer and loader to demonstrate its feasibility and availability and offer references to improve the modularity and universalization of component structure of engineering machinery product.
