This paper discussed the development model of tourism resource in Japanese anime “Pilgrimage” through the analysis of typical cases from its formation stage and operation mechanism so as to gain an in-depth understanding of Japanese tourism industry and provide useful reference and inspiration for the development of Chinese tourism industry.
