摘要

The article describes the structure of the organizational and economic mechanism of ensuring the economic security of an enterprise. There are four main groups of obstacles that inhibit the implementation of the tasks of the enterprise economic security system. The organizational and economic component of the mechanism formed to ensure the economic security of the enterprise is characterized. The process of formation and functioning of this type of mechanism of ensuring the economic security of the enterprise has been proposed. It is proved that the proposed organizational and economic mechanism introduces the necessary flexibility in the management of the economic security of the enterprise and determines a clear sequence in carrying out the tasks set. The expected results from the possibility of introducing an organizational and economic mechanism to ensure the economic security of an enterprise are characterized. Practical aspects are made for the implementation the results of the study at ten industrial enterprises in Eastern Europe.
