whether large investment for quality and reliability of information systems could bring the corresponding value for the company is one of the problems in the process of promoting information systems.How to evaluation information system scientifically is a problem what the company urgently needs to study.This paper applied the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the analytic hierarchy process to evaluation quality and reliability information system,and it used the optimal transfer matrix method to improve the weight determine by the scaling matrix judgment method.So it avoids the consistency check,and the evaluation result is more scientific and reasonable.
