A software for circuit simulation of very high speed intergrated circuit systems(VHSIC) which include the multiconductor interconnects is delivered. The formation of this software is based on the Modified Nodal Admittance analysis, and the multiconductor interconnects as the subcircuits of VHSIC systems are treated with generalized cascaded network chain method [1] which adapts both uniform or nonuniform lines. So that the software is very effective for circuit simulation of VHSIC systems.
