Abstract: Polarization sensitive diffractive optical elements are useful for free space optical interconnection networks and packaging. We demonstrate a multi-phase level polarization selective computer generated hologram with independent functionality for two orthogonal linear polarizations using lithium niobate substrate. The adjustments for design and fabrication of such an element are shown in this paper. !10
