A new approach for high-energy photon beam polarimetry was found using appropriate ranges of e~+e~- -pair emission polar and azimuthal angles. The pair particle energy and angular distributions are calculated by the Monte-Carlo method. On the basis of obtained results a design of polarimeter is given.
