1. We observed experimentally for the first time a new physical phenomenon, namely selective ionization of organic molecules (nitro compounds) on the surface of some type of alkali metal oxide bronze in the ambient air. A physicochemical model for this phenomenon was proposed, which take into account the molecular structure of nitro compounds and the surface structure of oxide bronzes. 2. It was shown experimentally and substantiated theoretically for the first time that the selective ionization of organic molecules of amines on the oxidized surface of transition metals in the ambient air is due the interaction of amino groups of these molecules with the Bronsted acid and base sites, which exist on the oxide surface as hydrogen and hydroxyl ions from dissocialize adsorption of water molecules on this surface. 3. New type of drift spectrometer with the surface ionization of the organic molecules under air conditions was developed. 4. The sensibility of device is equal 1*10~(-16) gram (probe) or 3*10~(-17) gram/sm~3 (indicated mode by measuring emitter current) and 1*10~(-12) gram (probe) or 3*10~(-13) gram/sm~3 (identification by measuring collector current).
