摘要

Manganese oxide spinels with a particle size under 100 nm were synthesized by a controlled particle size method at 300℃ as a 4- and 5-volt cathode materials for lithium- ion batteries. The electrochemical test of the LiMn_2O_4 and LiNi_(0.2)Mn_(1.8)O_4 rate shows high starting discharge capacity in C/3, 76.5and 79.0% from the theoretical one, respectively. The capacity loss of both materials cycled in the voltage range 3.0-4.5 V (LiMn_2O_4) and 3.5-5.0 V (LiNi_(0.2)Mn_(1.8)O_4 is 15% on the 50th cycle.
