The blended wing simulation model was developed for simulation of flight, calculations ofrntrim, and analysis of stability and control. The simulation model, which was developed inrnMatlab/Simulink environment, has a modular structure composed of aircraft and controlrnsystem models (nonlinear and linear options) and procedures for calculation aircraft trim andrneigenvalues for stability analysis.rnThe stability of the system and the basic autopilot functions of the bended wing aircraft werernconsidered using the model. The simulation options with reduced DoF were considered forrnanalysis of separation of lateral and longitudinal motion and development of control laws.rnThe aircraft control algorithms perform stability augmentation and selected autopilotrnfunctions. The simulation results proved efficiency of the model for blended wing modelingrnand its usefulness in control system development.
