摘要

The oxiammonolysis modification of the spent liquor from kenaf whole stalk ammonium sulfite pulping is studied. Oxygen is used as the oxidation agent. The paper discusses the effect of oxygen pressure, reaction temperature and reaction time on the content of nitrogen, ratio of carbon to nitrogen and pH value of spent liquor. The results show that increasing oxygen pressure, enhancing temperature or prolonging reaction time can all have an advantageous effect on the oxidation modification of spent liquor, and improve the content of organic nitrogen, but oxygen pressure and reaction temperature should not be too high. The optimum conditions of oxidation modification of spent liquor are: oxygen pressure 1.2MPa, reaction temperature 120℃ and reaction time 100min.
