摘要

A power factor controller (PFQ for AC-DC switching converters has been designed by using a digital fuzzy logic architecture. Both the AC-DC converter and the PFC architecture have been simulated together, to verify the effectiveness of the fuzzy algorithm and of the digital approach on the performances of the controlled system, under realistic working conditions. After a proper optimization of the computation resources and by employing a pipeline architecture, the digital fuzzy controller is suitable to be implemented on a FPGA.
