摘要

The damping properties of CPE are highly improved with the addition of ZKF. Firstly, tan δ peak value obviously rises with the increase of ZKF content in CPE/ZKF hybrids. At the same time, Tg of various CPE/ZKF hybrids can be various from low temperature to room temperature by adjusting the ZKF weight content. The analysis of FTIR shows that the hydrogen bond between CPE and ZKF can highly enhance the intermolecular force of CPE/ZKF hybrids, which is the main cause of the increase of Tg and tanδ. CPE and ZKF have good miscibility in CPE/ZKF hybrids, which brings significance to develop this kind of high performance damping materials.
