Abstract: We suggest efficient algorithms for the determination of central, reflection, and rotation symmetry measures of convex polygon and for convex polygon decomposition. All the algorithms are based on Minkowski addition. The representation of convex polygons known as a perimetric measure is used for algorithms implementation. !13
