In conclusion, the MAL-WSAO-OCT imaging system is able to correct for aberrations and perform high-resolution in vivo retinal imaging, the all-lens based design allows for a compact, simple system that can be easily translatable for the clinic. The reported system is capable of imaging cone photoreceptor mosaic at small degree of eccentricities, as well as large field of view OCT Bscans, and can be a critical tool for imaging patients with severely aberrated eyes in a clinical environment.
