Abstract: The treatment of non-invasive bladder carcinoma usingPhotofrin (sodium porfimer) and laser photodynamictherapy (PDT) is described. The patients described whowere treated with this modality had positive cytologyand biopsy-proven transitional cell carcinoma, nohistologic evidence of muscle invasion, and negativeexcretory urograms.!
