摘要

The innovative problems of enterprise business model have been paid more and more attention by the enterprise community and academic community from China and other countries.There are many documents about enterprise business model.Some of those are case researches,and some are theory exploration.But it is a lack of the systematic and unified theory analysis framework.Based on explaining the basic content and structure of enterprise social capital,analyzing the internal enterprise social capital's effect on saving the endogenetic transaction cost and promoting the internal study,analyzing the external enterprise social capital's effect on saving the exdogenetic transaction cost and enlarging the absorbing of knowledge and affect of spilling of knowledge,the thesis explores the enterprise social capital's effect mechanism of enterprise business model innovation.Finally,to build a general analysis framework of enterprise business model innovation form social capital perspective.
