摘要

The main purpose of this study is to identify the difference in business education between Korean national universities and private universities service quality to build the strategy of business education Korean universities.The results of this study show that there are some differences between Korean national universities and private universities in the quality factors of not only class teaching contents and methods but also professors' individual reliability,responsiveness and empathy of management education service.And then the results of this research analysis show that to improve of students' satisfaction and loyalty,it should most need the professor's ability,developing the service quality,and strengthen the employment support program.

机译：本研究的主要目的是找出韩国国立大学与私立大学之间在服务质量上的差异，以构建韩国大学的商业教育策略。本研究结果表明，韩国国立大学与私立大学之间存在一些差异不仅是课堂教学内容和方法的质量因素，而且还取决于教授个人对管理教育服务的信度，响应度和同理心度。然后，本研究分析结果表明，提高学生的满意度和忠诚度是最重要的。需要教授的能力，发展服务质量，并加强就业支持计划。
