Scientific and technological innovation is an important force for Tangshan Bay,and innovation strategy has become an urgent need for the region.According to location ,human resources and characteristics of the industry in Tangshan Bay,the essay points out the imitation and following innovation should be the main innovation in the region.It Analyzes the characteristic of scientific and technological innovation of the Gulf of Tonkin,and the development Enlightenment for Tangshan Bay.At last,from Scientific and technological innovation aspect,It puts forward some applicable strategic thinking,strategic choice and strategic measures for the future development of Tangshan Bay.
