摘要

In order to protect air medium against contaminating agents pollution at lead and zinc productions,rnthe process gases undergo cleaning in various-type units. However, for principal improvement of the ambientrnair conditions at the enterprise operation activity zone, development of the technologies providingrnminimal volumes of the generating gases is necessary. As for the lead industry, KIVCET technology tornprocess lead-containing raw materials refers to the processes and devices of this kind. Completed withrnelectric filter designed for high-dusty sulfurous gases cleaning installed directly after gas cooler withoutrnunits for preliminary rough cleaning, the technology provides minimal air emissions of lead (0.06 kg/t ofrnlead) and sulphur dioxide (4.7 kg/t of lead). Considering technical and economic parameters, gas cleaningrntechnology in the system "Waste heat boiler – special electric filter for high-dusty sulfurous gases cleaning"rnis the most reasonable.
