The MPL Training Cooperation 1. DLH and Lufthansa Flight Training (LFT) cooperate closely in the delivery of MPL training to cadets who have successfully completed the DLH selection process. 2. LFT provides Phases 1 & 2. 3. DLH provides training for Phases 3 & 4 as well as Line Training (IOE). 4. The ATO (LFT) holds the approval for all phases (1-4) of the MPL training and assures compliance with the regulations. 5. The first cadets started as First Officers in the DLH Airline Operation in October 2010. 6. Since then DLH has employed 396 First Officers on Boeing 737, EMB190 and A320 with an MPL.
