摘要

The exchange of elements between differently alloyed powders during solid state sintering is limited. Liquid phase sintering, however, leads to a satisfactory degree of homogenisation as shown by blends of tool steel powder and hypereutectic FeCB powder. The distribution of substitutional elements was measured by EDX and confirmed by diffusion calculations.
