摘要

The exoteric transport system results in the feature: the system is dynamic and unstable. Because of the shortage of methods for understanding the dynamic performance fast and accurately, the effecting of transport planning and organizing always be questionably and rude. This paper researched the features of transport system's dynamic and unstable detailed. Based on it, this paper provides the theory and logic framework on urban transport operation analysis and decision-make support refer to the process of medical treatment. In the end, this paper introduces the implication of "Beijing Transportation Intelligent Analysis Platform".
