摘要

General term heat absoiptivity method was applied to predigest the radiation heat transfer in the furnace, based on the three-dimensional finite element offline mathematical model, which was established on a plate roller hearth continuous heat treatment fumace, The mathematic model was veified by comparing with the practical test data, the temperature tracking maximal deviation is 0.46% ,so we can trust this mathematical model. The model can be used to establish database of heat treatment technology on the medium-thick plate, provides a theory basis for the heat treatment process of new production, and choice grads temperature system in furnace that calculated by model will substitute traditional same temperature way, economised energy sources ,has a strong practicability.
