The oxidation-reduction system was used to deal with the wool which was dyed by α-brome acryl amide reactive dyes to improve the wet fastness of certain fabrics effectively. The ratios of reductant and antioxidant, the concentration of antioxidants, the temperature were discussed to formulate the optimal color fixing technique. The results showed that the technique used to improve the wet fastness of the fabric was feasible. The wet fastness was best when sub metallic chloride was used for owf 0.4% and peroxide B for owf 20%, treated time was 30min at 80~85℃ in water.
