摘要

In this paper a new approach allowing measurements of dielectric permittivity on crystalline samples in the frequency range of 50???75GHz using Vector Network Analyzer is introduced. An approbation of the setup was performed on the sample of optical glass in the selected frequency range. Experimental results for optical glass were also obtained using time domain processing technique with the proposed method. The results are analyzed in comparison with those published previously.
