Scientific pre-bid decision-making is of great significance to the construction enterprises. This paper firstly based on "goodness" evaluation system established the architectural engineering project bidding preliminary decision-making indicator system, and has used AHP to determine the weight of indicators. Then based on it, the GREY- AHP and AHPGRAP bidding decision analysis models were established, which separately evaluate the single bidding project and the multi-project. It provided a quantitative decision analysis method for enterprise decision makers. Examples showed the models are scientific and operable.
