摘要

The aircraft weight and balance procedures are important processes and can guarantee the security. The cargo aircrafts are comparatively complex and their utilization efficiency of machines nowadays is high,, the ground service time is also pressing. As a result, it is likely to cause various load balancing safety accidents. In this paper, according to the SHEL model, we divide artificial reasons of accidents into two categories, dividing the influences into direct influences and indirect influences, constructing the accident reason model of human errors of relevant people in the aircraft weight and balance procedures.
