Safety Risk Control of Microwave Communications Tower Crossing by Mining Construction

It's very important for superstructure security to keep the foundation of Microwave Communications Tower stability. During crossing construction, there will be unfavorable influence on towering structures in order to make them un-safety. So the reasonable technical measures should be adopted to control this safety risk. In this paper, take the 06 running tunnel of Beijing Metro DaXing line that going through existing Microwave Communications Tower construction for example, safety risk control program of this project is made. Firstly, according to monitoring test in preconstruction, the deformation law of stratum, which existing structures locating in, is analyzed in normal construction condition. Then the evidence of construction program optimization is put forward. Secondly, based on stratum deformation laws and practical situation of this project, risk control program and risk emergency preparatory program are drafted. Finally, combing field condition, corresponding monitoring program is put up to control the deformation of existing Microwave Communications Tower. Monitoring result have achieved control predicted object. The maximum differential settlement value of existing structures is 6.53mm which occupy to 65% of control value. This program is successful. Then it can provide important experience and direction for similar projects.
