The article firstly analyzes the computing method of the traditional engineering risk measurement,and points out the defects of the computing method about the traditional engineering risk measurement, Then, the article introduces the concept of risk attitude factor, and further gives a new formula about the engineering risk measurement, and makes a quantitative study to each type variable, so the calculation method is more scientific and reasonable than the traditional calculation method, and then the article uses an empirical analysis to describe the use of new methods, finally, the article gives several suggestions.
