This paper argues the "Labor Contract Law" not only to protect labor rights, but also protect the legitimate rights of enterprises by both cases of success and failure in protecting rights of enterprises. The Golden Key of Enterprise Rights is a high degree of attention to the dynamic labor legislation, strict compliance with the law, so that enterprises should abandon the traditional business management concepts of coping with the law and establish a new concept of managing labor relations in compliance with the law.

机译：本文认为，《劳动合同法》不仅保护劳动者的权益，而且通过保护企业权利的成败案例来保护企业的合法权益。企业权利的金钥匙高度重视动态的劳动立法，严格遵守法律，因此企业应摒弃传统的依法经营的经营理念，树立依法管理劳动关系的新观念与法律。
